Privacy Policy

Solo Global is developed and published by SOLO DEV. This policy explains what the game and the website playsologlobal.com collect, and why. Last updated: 1 October 2026.

What we collect

  • Account details you enter when you register in the game: account name, password (stored only as a one-way hash), e-mail address, and the deletion code you choose.
  • Game data: your characters, items, progress, guild membership, and the messages you send in the game's chat.
  • Technical data needed to run the service: your IP address and the time of each login (kept in server logs for security and abuse prevention), and the game's version and platform (Windows, Android or iOS), used to deliver the right updates.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell or rent your data.
  • The game contains no advertising and no third-party tracking or analytics.
  • We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, or device identifiers.

How we use it

  • To run your account and the game world, deliver updates, restore access to your account by e-mail, and keep the game fair and secure.
  • Public rankings on playsologlobal.com show character names, class, level and empire. Account names and e-mail addresses are never shown.

Where it is stored

Game servers are hosted in Germany (EU). Updates and the website are served through Cloudflare.

Keeping and deleting your data

Your data is kept while your account exists. You can delete any of your characters, with everything it holds (items, progress and guild membership), at any time from the character selection screen in the game, using the deletion code you chose when you registered.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13.

ما الذي نجمعه

  • بيانات الحساب التي تدخلها عند التسجيل في اللعبة: اسم الحساب، وكلمة المرور (تُحفظ بصيغة مُعمّاة باتجاه واحد فقط)، والبريد الإلكتروني، ورمز الحذف الذي تختاره.
  • بيانات اللعب: شخصياتك وأغراضك وتقدّمك وعضويتك في النقابة، والرسائل التي ترسلها في دردشة اللعبة.
  • بيانات تقنية لازمة لتشغيل الخدمة: عنوان IP ووقت كل تسجيل دخول (تُحفظ في سجلات الخادم للأمان ومنع الإساءة)، وإصدار اللعبة ونظامها (ويندوز أو أندرويد أو iOS) لإيصال التحديثات المناسبة.

ما الذي لا نفعله

  • لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نؤجّرها.
  • لا تحتوي اللعبة على إعلانات ولا على أدوات تتبّع أو تحليلات من أطراف ثالثة.
  • لا نجمع موقعك الجغرافي ولا جهات اتصالك ولا صورك ولا معرّفات جهازك.

كيف نستخدمها

  • لتشغيل حسابك وعالم اللعبة، وإيصال التحديثات، واستعادة الدخول إلى حسابك عبر البريد الإلكتروني، والحفاظ على لعب عادل وآمن.
  • يعرض الترتيب العام في playsologlobal.com أسماء الشخصيات وصنفها ومستواها وإمبراطوريتها فقط، ولا تُعرض أسماء الحسابات ولا عناوين البريد أبداً.

أين تُحفظ

خوادم اللعبة مستضافة في ألمانيا (الاتحاد الأوروبي)، والتحديثات والموقع تُقدَّم عبر Cloudflare.

مدة الحفظ والحذف

نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك موجوداً. يمكنك حذف أي شخصية من شخصياتك مع كل ما تحمله (الأغراض والتقدّم وعضوية النقابة) في أي وقت من شاشة اختيار الشخصيات داخل اللعبة، باستخدام رمز الحذف الذي اخترته عند التسجيل.

الأطفال

اللعبة غير موجّهة للأطفال دون 13 عاماً.
